# Shenzhen Hekotai Electronics Co., Ltd. As the headquarters of Hekotai Group, Shenzhen Hekotai Electronics Co., Ltd. was founded in early 1992 in Shenzhen, the beautiful City of Peng. Specializing in the R&D, design and sales of analog semiconductor chips, integrated circuits, discrete devices and passive components, the company is recognized as a Shenzhen Specialized, Refined, Differential and Innovative Enterprise as well as a National High-tech Enterprise. The Group operates two major manufacturing bases located in South China and Southwest China respectively. The South China Manufacturing Base sits in Boluo County, Huizhou City, covering a plant area of 80,000 square meters; the Southwest China Manufacturing Base is located in Shunqing District, Nanchong City, Sichuan Province, with a plant area of 40,000 square meters. It owns six subsidiaries covering distinct business segments, as listed below: 1. Shenzhen Hekotai Technology Co., Ltd.: Engages in the R&D and sales of semiconductor power devices. 2. Huizhou Hekotai Electronics Co., Ltd.: Undertakes R&D, packaging & testing and production of conventional passive components, as well as the group’s warehouse, logistics and distribution management. 3. Hekotai Guoxin Technology (Hong Kong) Co., Limited: Focuses on the R&D and design of high-end electronic components and international import & export businesses. 4. Nanchong Anhao Electronics Co., Ltd.: Specializes in the R&D and production of chip resistors, automotive-grade resistors and other high-end passive components. 5. Nanchong Jingke Precision Technology Co., Ltd.: Devotes to the R&D and production of semiconductor packaging lead frames and high-end materials. 6. Sichuan Shunxin Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd.: Conducts R&D and production of high-end semiconductor discrete devices and integrated circuits, and also provides OEM foundry services for the industry. The enterprise has accumulated a host of core technologies in semiconductor chip design, process design of integrated circuits and discrete devices, reliability testing, appearance model extraction and other fields, and has obtained numerous national invention patents and utility model patents. ## Product Lines 1. Active Devices: Integrated circuits, lithium battery protection ICs, charging management ICs, LDOs, MOSFETs (Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistors), diodes, TVS diodes, rectifier bridges, triodes; 2. Passive Components: Chip resistors and chip capacitors. Our products are widely applied in power supplies, lighting, smart home appliances, communications, security monitoring, industrial control, instruments and meters, medical electronics, automotive electronics, artificial intelligence (AI) and other sectors. We not only provide customers with application solutions and on-site technical support, but also deliver one-stop supporting services for electronic components. Huizhou Hejing Microelectronics Co., Ltd. was established (now a subsidiary of the Group)
Shenzhen Heketai Electronics Co., Ltd. was established (now a subsidiary of the Group)
